People who are looking to purchase a home can get some advice and assistance from experts at a luxury new housing development in the Surry area, according to a recent report.
The evening event is to be held on 24th September until 8pm, and will be held at the Hartswood development in Haslemere, Surrey, and is being held by Gleeson Homes.
For those that head down to the development there will be a number of industry professionals onsite to answer and questions and offer advice to those looking to buy a home in the current difficult climate. Amongst the officials that will be on hand will be an independent financial advisor, local estate agency officials, and sales staff.
The homes at Hartwood include a variety of two, four, and five bedroom homes catering for all sorts of families and households. The development is also just a fifty minute train ride from London, so may suit people that work in the city but do not necessarily want to live in the city.
An official from Gleeson Homes said: “Anyone who may be in the market for a new home can drop in and speak to our sales team and other local housing experts, including a representative from estate agent Clarke Gammon, about our beautiful range of homes and the practicalities of moving house.”
She added: “The evening is a chance for people to chat over drinks and light refreshments about everything from mortgages and incentives to the style of new homes we have available and selling their existing property. They’ll also be able to view a fully-furnished show home and everyone who attends will be entered into a free prize draw for a luxury hamper – a perfect ‘house warming’ gift to unpack should they find their dream property.”
